Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Player Experience Manager to enhance the VIP experience for our valued clients. This role involves managing and coordinating travel, hospitality, and gifting services, ensuring seamless and personalized experiences for our high-profile guests. The ideal candidate will work closely with external travel agencies, internal promotions teams, VIP Account Managers and other key stakeholders to deliver world-class service.
Responsibilities:
VIP Travel & Hospitality Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison with external travel agencies to arrange flights, hotels, and hospitality packages for sporting events.
- Ensure all travel and accommodation bookings meet the high standards expected for VIP clients.
- Provide personalized itineraries and ensure all special requests are fulfilled.
Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and unexpected issues efficiently.
Client Gifting & Promotions
- Collaborate with the promotions and VIP team to coordinate the distribution of gifts, prizes, and exclusive experiences to VIP and non-VIP clients.
- Maintain a database of client preferences to ensure thoughtful and tailored gifting.
- Proactively engage with clients to confirm delivery and satisfaction with gifts and experiences.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for VIP clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and discretion.
- Build strong relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience and loyalty.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve services.
Operational & Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and itineraries.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination of client experiences.
- Stay informed about upcoming hospitality events, exclusive opportunities, and new travel trends.
Qualifications:

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally within luxury travel, hospitality, or events.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with high-value clients and external partners.
- Attention to detail to ensure flawless execution of travel and gifting arrangements.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes with professionalism.
